Federation of Filipino Chinese Chamber of Commerce President Dr. Alfonso A. Uy believes education a great equalizer as a means of youth and families to rise from poverty. Through quality education, students are taught to be good, responsible citizens and to be globally competitive, he said.

Gov. Edgar M. Chatto congratulated the efforts of Cong. Arthur C. Yap to partner with the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chamber of Commerce in providing a conducive place of learning for Boholanos. Cong. Yap stated that aside from the 15 school buildings, the federation shall also award 14 units of 2-classroom school buildings throughout Bohol. (Leah/EDCom)
