naa lang daw gi test run si mike.  once ma ok na, he will re-install the option to mark threads as unread.

here is the reason...

It was temporarily removed as we are on a testing mood on how to conserve server resources. That feature alone calls out a thousand of mysql hits. So, for a 3,500 members, kada topic, it calls out 3,500 mysql. So, if 10 topics, 35,000 calls na. We're trying to find ways to get more server resources but cant afford this time. So, nag-diet pa. If you notice, the stats was also removed kay it consumes a lot of server resources. They can be restored any time as soon as we have the resources
