To All My Facebook Friends & Viewers,

I am still searching for my Biological Father. He is originally from Bohol Philippines. In my knowledge he went to School in Cebu City and took Bachelor of Laws around year 1971 to 1975. He got married and had 3 children. Their family is settled now in USA.

The brother of my father knew that my mother, Diosa Paulin was impregnated by my father way back in Cebu City. My mother is originally from Pagadian Philippines. She also went to School in Cebu City and took Midwifery Course around year 1971 to 1974.

I was born on November 21 in Catmondaan Catmon, Cebu Philippines. I learned from my resource that my father was beside my mother when I was born. My father saw me physically when I was an infant. Now, I want also to see my father physically and I will not stop and be tired in searching for my father. Help me dear FB friends and viewers in spreading this message.

To my Biological Father,

I want to meet you, to know you and learn more about you & your existence. My life will not be completed if I will not meet you and know you. I have a strong feeling that one day we will meet and know each other. I am very hopeful that Facebook will be one of the bridges in finding you. Hopefully you will find me too through this posted message. I love you my father and I am longing for your existence. Thank you.

Salamat , yan ang problema kay wala gyod ko kabalo . Pero ang akong nadunggan nga CELSO kono ang name , pero dili ko sigurado . . . .mao lang na ang akong nahibaw-an nga nag-eskwela sa Cebu . Tapos karon nagpuyo na sa U.S.A.

Maybe a little more information like your mom's full name will help. Basin diay tig basa ub TB imong papa, basin makahinumdom ra to kung iyang mabasahan ang full name sa imong mama. I'm sure he remembers you but may not have any knowledge of your current whereabout. The more info, aw, mas dakog connection mahatag. Wishing you the best of luck...

ni-try ko sa usc law alumni, basin ba diay ug naay celso (the first name of the father you are looking for) nga ning-graduate... then we can take off from there. malas. kinahanglan pa man diay mo-register as an alumna pod. sayang wa na si gabriel ingles didto sa cebu kay dia na sa manila as justice of the court of appeals. morag mao-mao mang mga tuiga sila nag-schooling, bisag medyo morag manghod-manghod gamay si gabriel ingles. (my estimate is that your biological father must have been born between the late 1940s to the early 1950s; he must be in his late 50s or early 60s now).

sayon ra pod unta pag-trace a couple of years back kay si gabriel ingles pa man ang dean sa law school sa usc, pilay pad unta sa unggoy, kana kun okay ba nga mangita ug name without stepping on someone's privacy. but that's water under the bridge...

anyways, no promises made, kayang, but i'm going to cebu anytime soon. i can ask some friends working at usc to help trace the name of a certain celso from bohol who studied law from 1971-1974 and thereabouts. if we can come up with a complete name, the road of your search may start to get paved.

by the way, do you still speak or at least understand our local language?

if he is living in the US, it is easy to research his name, address, contact number.

i've done this before to a TB member who was looking for a long lost friend in the U.S. nagkita sila finally several months after i gave her all the contact information of her lost friend.

pero dili seguro pud Gabriel Ingles. He is now a Court of Appeals Justice recently appointed by Pres. Noynoy Aquino. Murag 50 to 60 pud iya edad.

Judge Gabriel Ingles is a Justice of the Philippine Court of Appeals and is my grand-uncle. I highly doubt he is your father. He is already married, and is a father and is living in the Philippines. He is not in the U.S.A.

In addition, he is of the Torrero and the Ingles clan of Tagbilaran City, Bohol. He is the 1st degree cousin of my grandmother. He has no relation to a surname of "Gabriel or Gabril".

No, my uncle does not have 3 kids, he only has 1 child. Uncle Boy does not have a sister living in the United States, either. And additionally, he does not live in the United States.

You can contact him yourself , call the Philippine Court of Appeals Office. I would also advise you to talk to your mother and to ask her for the true name of your father. If your father is supposed to be in the United States, it would benefit you to use the US Yellow Pages and search his name.

PS. My uncle is the only child, he has no brother nor does he have a sister. So , he cannot be your father as you said that your mother knew your father's brother.

I recommend you do the following:

1. Talk to your mother again, and insist that she give you the full name, ask her where she met your father. Additionally, ask her what part of the Philippines your dad was from. Ask her also the name of your father's brother and your father's sister.

2. When you get these names; then search their names in the US yellow pages or the US white pages.

3. In order for you to properly trace him and his relatives; find out the names of his brother and sister. It will help reduce your search and pin point his whereabouts.

Kayang,

You met your mother in 2002? Where you raised in the Philippines or abroad? If you get the chance, do try to ask your mother to give you the name of your father's brother. You should also convince your mother to tell you the truth and not keep anything from you. As you need all information in order to properly conduct a genealogical trace. That is my honest opinion.

You need to confront your mother and demand she tell the truth. It is unfair for you to conduct a geneological trace when you are going about unsure information from your mother. I empathize for you in this. But, again, you need to ask her to give you the full information.

faet. ahat ba nga naangin si gabriel ingles dinhi in a different way. so sorry. i simply mentioned him not as a potential father but as someone who may have been a good gateway to look for celso the father of kayang.

far from fathering a child in his student days, i could even say that gabriel ingles impressed me as someone who didn't care much about women. i even thought he would become a priest and never marry. may i request that we leave gabriel ingles out of this, now.
