WOW! Ms grazie! I salute to you! I look up to people who are hardworking and very driven! My mom was a working student also. 'Striver' siya sa UB. I take pride of having a mom who worked her way to college! Although, I have not experienced what she went through, I live my life through the lessons that I learned from her.
Way to go, ms grazie! Salute!
Thanks a lot, Ms. Melrose! There was no other way to get college education then on my part but to strive hard. At that time it was ambitious to even dream of going to school but I persevere. I didn't think it was that difficult then because each day when I go to school, I had the end in my mind that I would finish high school and then move on to college and have a decent job so I could support my family especially so I could send my younger siblings to school. To change the course of my family's life - that was my drive.
I appreciate that you acknowledged your Mom's hard work so you many not experience what she went through. I, myself, sent my sisters' to school and I was glad they valued as well our hard work for them by doing good in school.
