Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), headed by OIC Director Dr. Francisca R. Opog, awarded the certificate of approval to Cristal e - College (CeC) to open the Applied Science in Nursing (ASN) and Practical Nursing (PN) programs starting June of this year.
CeC will be offering Applied Science in Nursing (ASN) course which is a two-year nursing program offered to high school graduates. Upon its completion, graduates will be eligible to take the US-National Licensure Exam for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) which will allow them to work as registered nurses abroad. The ASN course will be offered at the Panglao Campus.
Moreover, CeC also will be offering Practical Nursing (PN) course which is a 1 year nursing program offered to second coursers or to individuals who have taken 72 units in college. Upon finishing, the students will be eligible to take the NCLEX for Practical Nurses. The PN course will be offered at the Tagbilaran Campus with classes scheduled at 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM.
Will Tyron Tirol, Cristal e - College President, said that CeC assures its students a holistic learning experience by providing a memorable learning journey at an affordable rate. He added that CeC strives to prepare its graduates to meet today's challenges with the right skills for the industry.
