I think it's about time the Philippines adopted the K-12 education system to be more in-sync with International Standards. The curriculum in English is also advantageous, considering the high demand for English-speaking graduates around the world. I just hope that, with the new system, employers will also recognize the GED and more graduates of the system will be able to find entry-level jobs without having to have a college or university degree.
