Electric cars are making their move to provide motorists an eco-friendly means of transportation but apparently some fine-tuning is still needed. And among them include the Ford Focus which seems to be having some issues as far as the lithium-ion support it turns to for power.
However, it looks like Ford will be changing all that when the all-new Ford Focus debuts later this year in the United States. It will still be powered by a lithium-ion battery system that will now use cooled and heated liquid to regulate the battery's temperature.
This means that potential Ford Focus owners will no longer have to worry about battery life and limitations as far as their point of destination and travel time is concerned.
Thanks to a more aggressive thermal management system, Ford was able to come up with a more complex lithium-ion battery technology which should render better motoring the eco-friendly way. - manila bulletin
