IT, BPO firms implement new maternity law

Leading information technology (IT) and BPO firms in India are now implementing the new maternity law that provides 26 weeks of paid maternity leave for women employees. Tech Mahindra for its part said it would revise its existing policy on maternity leave although it still needs specific planning since it already has an existing extended maternity policy. Wipro has revised its policy late last month. Mindtree, which introduced six months’ paid maternity leave in September, also offers “Mi Lady,” an application that engages women on maternity leave to upgrade their skills before they rejoin the workforce again.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
