problema ani kay ang previous administration gakarag-karag ug pahimo ug airport knowing walay eroplano nga motugpa, pero wa gani maghikutar sa dakong kakuwangon sa hospital beds sa tibuok probinsya.

same sa nahitabo anang panglao island. hangtud karon walay potable water system. mao nay una sulbaron, dili nang useless airport or a useless reclamation.

unsaon ang priority mao man ang pagpaburot sa kaugalingong bursa.
