John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

The Holy Bible. It is the Word of Lord. When I sit and read scripture, it is as if I am talking and discussing not with a man, or individual, but the Holy Spirit. When I am troubled, it provides confidence and perseverance, when my faith is questioning, it corrects and reinforces. When I am happy, it Justifies. It is the Word of the Lord.

In Jesus' Name.
Amen.

Rage of Angles

by Sydney Sheldon

Never put it down from start to finish and i remember i was sailing with my father in the caribean with our 45 footer sailing yacht.

i darnn near scraped out the hullof the boat when it was my turn at the tiller due to looking at the compass heading instead of focusing on land and things down below such as sharp corral heads.

my dad to say the least was pretty darn hot tempered at me.

He called me a "ninny"!

Even though he has passed on I can still see him and the book for me i retitled it rage of my father!

Also the book was the first big of that size that i was able to finish.

the COUNT of MONTE CRISTO
by Alexandre Dumas
the best book ever for me.
the old editions are the best.
the determination of dantes to avenge his fate was so intense.
perseverance and determination when everything seems hopeless.
i love it.
the movie doesn't give justice to the book really.
i like jim caviezel though.

Second to the Holy Bible, another great book is: Outlaws of the Marsh.

An age-old Chinese fictional piece. It's based on the concept of Confucian symbolism.

I highly recommend this for the students, individuals with interest in comparative Chinese History.

I have one book that I read when I was still in college and I always have a copy in my book shelves:  The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupery.

I also found The Rule of Four very interesting.  I borrowed that book from the library and I have been thinking of getting one so I can read again.
