So I am preparing adobong manok the way my Nanay Millie used to make it. Trim the drumsticks and the wings (remove the fat), marinate it with soy sauce, datu puti vinegar, crushed black peppercorns, garlic powder , crushed garlic, dry bay leaves, some olive oil, some aniz seads. I have to have this marinate for a day. So tomorrow morning (at 4-5 AM, i'm gonna cook this).
