2 Nigerians nabbed in QC buy bust
MANILA, June 1 (PNA) -- Operatives from the anti-narcotics team of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) arrested two Nigerian nationals in a buy bust operation in Barangay Balara, Quezon City before dawn Wednesday.

QCPD Director Police Chief Superintendent Edgardo Tinio identified the suspects as Charles Ujam alias “Taylor”, 34, male, married and Uche Adache, 26, single, both residing at 5301 Constantine, Talon Dos, Las Piñas City.

Tinio said that based on the report of Supt Robert Sales, Commander, PS-6 said that Taylor is under surveillance of the Station Anti-Illegal Drugs (SAID) Section of Batasan Police Station (PS-6) because of his reported illegal drugs activities.

The suspects were arrested at about 3:00 a.m. by the operatives of SAID in a buy bust operations along Commonwealth Avenue, Brgy. Matandang Balara Quezon City.

An operative who acted as poseur buyer managed to transact with the two suspects for PHP55,000.00 worth of shabu.

When the suspects received the buy bust money and eventually handed the shabu, a pre-arranged signal was given to other operatives who immediately apprehended the duo.

Recovered from the suspects were two heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and the marked money.

A case for violation of R.A. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspects.

Authorities are yet to inform the Nigerian embassy regarding the arrest of the two suspects.

Tinio lauded the SAID operatives of PS-6 for this accomplishment and this is part of the QCPD’s relentless implementation of the PNP’s anti-criminality program “Oplan Lambat Sibat”. (PNA)

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
