Breakfast: 1 Pharmaton capsule (This is what I called "space-age diet")
Lunch : 1 fried beans sandwhich (Arabic term : Filafil) it looks like shawarma, wrapped in flat bread called 'kubus'.
Dinner : I still don't know, mo uli na ko karon, probably broccoli and lettuce with EVOO.
Mag Cadilac or "Lakad" sa binali ra ko karon para ma reduce ang tiyan.
