Hispanized kaayo ning Chavacano. It's 75% Spanish with some native Pinoy words mingled here and there.

Think wisely before you speak and listen intently to the people with fruit on the tree. Break down the barrier of stubbornness and pride otherwise you'll always be a part of the crowd..

Teacher: Use "puera" in a sentence
Juan: All of our teachers are beautiful.
Teacher:  Where´s the "puera" word there?
Juan:  Puera po kayo maam.

Ngano di man? Sug-buanon man ka, Votives. Dako kaajo ang influence ang mga Katsila sa Cebu og sa Cebuano culture and language.

During the Spanish colonial era, Cebu was referred to by many Spaniards as "La Cuidad Reina de Sur", or "The Queen City of the South".

In fact, that title has remained in the psyche of Cebuanos to this day. Many Cebuanos still refer to their City (Cebu) as the Queen City of the South.

8)

Let me even extend that. Many Cebuanos regard their province and City as being superior than other surrounding Bisayan regions. To comment on that, I know many Cebuanos who regard themselves as being better than Bol-anons, Leytenos, Mindanawenos, and Negrosense....

:P ;D

Batan-anon Baji: "Puera Bujag !!!!"

funny lang for the spanish purists kay chavacano does away with conjugations, e.g., bailar is bailar no matter how it's used (whether first, second or third person).
