Sirad also received a separate award from the Philippine Canada Local Government Support Program (LGSP) for his contribution as the auditor and adviser to the LGSP 1 in Region 10.
Sirad’s team is composed of auditors Cecilia Pragamae, Lydia Macatol, Diogracias Lopez, Elena Elango and Erminia Obsioma.

Another special recognition was also given to Allan Llaneta, and more awards to the NGS Clusters 1, 2 and 3 for the quality of their audit findings.
According to COA-10, acknowledging its top performing employees is a means to boost their confidence and encourages others to follow suit, while strengthening President Arroyo’s on-going anti-graft and corruption campaign.
In this drive, the President challenges each and every public functionary to “set an example of honesty, discipline and frugality to elevate the whole moral tone of the bureaucracy in keeping with the times.†(PIA-10)
