Erap vows for reconciliation
2001 News

MANILA.- Former Pres. Joseph “Erap” Estrada at noontime yesterday called on his supporters to join him in the promotion of constructive national spirit of reconciliation and solidarity.
He issued the call in a statement he issued from Malacanang few minutes before he and his family left the Presidential Residence.
Mr. Estrada, however, said he and other legal minds, has strong and serious doubts about the legality and constitutionality of Mrs. Arroyo’s proclamation as president. Mr. Estrada said he does not wish to be a factor that will prevent the restoration of unity and order in the civil society.
He said that was the reason he left the Palace, in his words, “for the sake of peace.”

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
