Mr. Lagunay, I did not know you were from Dimiao. So very close to my beloved Valencia. :)

Lorenzo,

My nanny, whom we called Mamay Isang, was also the nanny of my mother, then became the nanny of my children, and among those who took care of my bedridden grandma -- and she was from Valencia. We always have dear memories of her.

Hi Atty.,

Nice to see you around here at TB. I am not as active as before, as the pace of my new work here in Cebu is picking up. But I couldn't resist the urge to greet you upon seeing this post. So what keeps you busy these days?

Hi, Benny,

I'm busy rediscovering the joys of fatherhood now that I have a little bit more free time since June 30.

Mr. Lagunay,

Such memories are , indeed, what colors our past and can even bring a smile to a face. During my stay in Bohol, I frequently visited Valencia and during my drive to and from Valencia, I always drove past  the town of Dimiao. I actually managed to stop by the center of Dimiao one time in order to fully appreciate the beauty of the local catholic church as well as to talk to some people about the town.

I do miss those quaint drives.

My warmest regards, good sir.

Best,
Lorenzo
