One thing that I really found effective in reviewing for the MCATs is forming study groups.
As in meet up with a group of 3 or 4 people (no more than 5 or 6 bc it can become too much).
Study groups enhances the review session b/c they will be able to contribute to concepts that you find lacking.
One thing is key tho, don't invite just anybody. Make sure that everyone reviewed beforehand so that everyone contributes.
Its good to review for the MCATs at least a good 4-5 months before the exam. Review for about 6-8 hours a day. Take breaks between reviews and do things such as jogging, relaxing pood. A major key in this is preventing oneself from studying too much.
One needs a balance between reviewing and de-stressing.
