Dong Lorenz!  Careful!  Hahahaha!  Looy si Dong Mike mag erase na pod sa mga tuldoks!!!  Mao bitaw nga I have not bothered to send a direct rebuttal to her post!  Anyway, I believe she has a very serious Reading Comprehesnion problem ... so it is pointless ...

Besides ... kung talagang magaling siya ... hahahaha galingan na lang niya ang pag prepare ng kanyang mga post!  para mag reflect kuno ng kahit katiting na journalistic acumen?

She deserves that tho, from what she said about Filipina women. And she's the exact opposite--a white woman who goes to the Philippines and beats her chest here and there. Sorry sweetheart, but not all Filipinas are what she says they are.

Btw, last i hear, Russian women are being sold as sex slaves and going abroad to marry foreign men as well. Same for vietnamese, thai, ukrainian, etc.

Filipinas are just down right beautiful. Of course white women will be jealous---they're taking their white men.

LOL.

I cant help it that our women are beautiful.

Some just want a man for his dough - but in fairness, there was the same thing back home.  Often the first questions a girl would ask me upon meeting would be either 'what car do you drive', 'where do you live', 'do you have your own place' or 'what do you do'.  Economic profiling.

The stereotype of the interracial pinay-foreigner relationshop is very annoying if you happen to be part of such a couple.  I guess that's why so many heated replies!

Many young guys i met and asked me "what i do for a living?"

i usually would say a stripper, really, i always answered that way...

what would they care??? I dont care...

they always wanted to see what car i drove and sense i always drove a nice car...

that's a turn on to them...

but not to me...

Some men here are materialistic too, she should know...

Mr Ben, I guess it's because some people are either racists or purists...

Some groups think interracial marriages are taboo...

Even here in the States, you would think it would be acceptable, after all, this country is a melting pot of so many cultures. But many people still frown upon a black-white partnership. I've a friend who dated a black guy, and her family and friends called her a wigger (white nigger)...extremely hurtful and prejudiced.

People will think what they think, we can't control them. I can't help but feel though, that they should just mind their own business.

Still, I find the generalizations about the people of Bohol very simplistic, if not [size=12ptoutright insulting[/size]. I am sure that in any society--even in those we call first-world like US, Japan or Europe, and not only in Bohol--you'll see nothing but dregs if you choose to settle there. While your awareness of the social condition of Bohol is admirable, I believe you should balance it with exposure to the less degenerate circles.

I really wish for you to have a happy life in Bohol, so move on to better company. Cheers and God bless you!

Hi, musta na Sir Bene!  So that is you in the picture na!!!  Not as cute as the son, but still guapo!   ;D

I also found her post(s) insulting.  She had been hurling all those insults even in previous topics.  She claims that her purpose is to wake people up into action?  Hahahaha!  But I would not bother sending her a direct rebuttal.  For one whose first language is supposedly English (forgive me if I am mistaken), she has a very serious reading comprehension problem.  She has the tendency of twisting other people's words to make it appear the opposite!

I am glad to see your comments ...

Economic profiling?  i guess it holds through anywhere mr Ben. I guess sometimes when run out of things to say that we ask questions which may sound so. As for me, i always encounter people whos first question is 'what do you do for a living?' and they're not only Pinoys.

Ladies and Gentlemen gud day! Just got back from a long journey, though not feeling well yet but can't help myself to post a message, it's fun!
Everyone..HELLO! did you notice what PreciousNP...is doing? She's posting a message that she knows it's pretty bad. She took her chances...you know why?.....SHE'S JEALOUS! and if you try to think about it... "SHE'S THE EXACT PERSON ABOUT THE TOPIC EXPAT" and she knows it. She just turned the corner and talked about beautiful filipinas marrying foreigners.
Watch guys, she'll reply back. And when she does, it will not be too nice to read. If she won't, she'll think of another way to you get again next time. For me, i just have to sit back and relax makes myself feel better. I'll just check and read any updates here in TB once in awhile.
Annabelle from UK...thank you for staying in touch with me.

karon pa ko kabasa ani nga thread da, bibo pod pero makapangagot sa bag-ang. In fairness to tour fellow women here bisan wa ko maigo ani.

Pero pasagdi lang na siya oi, she's simply asking herself the question openly why she's not being offered marriage by one of their kind, instead their men married other races. Nasuya ba ;D

Ngano suko man ka day, morag duol-duol ang akong panaghap sa observation ni ms da bins, labihan pod bitaw dagwaya ug ipanghatag way modawat bisan pag ilabay way mopunit :'(

Siguro time to derail this thread, since Precious has apologised for any bad feeling caused - so she doesn't deserve any more toinking.

How about this for a question:  how do mga lalaki here feel about mga foreigners marrying boholanas?  Morag sa England - mga lalaki blanco sapot kay 'their' baji gusto mga lalaki itom?  Siguro dili daghang foreigners anyway, so wai problema dako.  Pero how do you feel about it?  I wonder sometimes if I cause offence merely by my presence.

(am trying to write in Bisayan as much as possible... is it comprehensible?)

You attempt to write in Bisayan is kinda cute, Ben and yes, it's sabotable - I mean comprehensible!  :)

First, I agree with you Ben that we now let bygones be bygones of the issues we had in this thread.  No more toinking and all's been well now with Precious.  In the future, there might be issues but we can handle much better after all the problems we have had here.

Now, your questions, I suppose only lalaki should answer your questions?
