Police Senior Supt. Rodolfo Llorca is expected to report tomorrow to his new assignment as PNP provincial director of the province based at Camp Dagohoy.
Llorca officially assumed the new assignment during a turnover of command held at Camp Sergio Osmena in Cebu City last Monday.
PNP Reg'l Director Lane-0 Nerez officiated the turnover of command from Police Senior Supt. Anthony Obenza to Llorca.
It maybe noted that Llorca's assumption was earlier blocked by a 72-hour temporary restraining order issued by RTC Executive Judge Fernando Fuentes III.
However, with the expiration of the 72-hour TRO, the turnover of command was done last Monday evening.
RTC Executive Judge Fernando Fuentes III acted on Gov. Aumentado's petition for an injunction order.
When raffled, the petition went to the sala of Judge Arcamo.
Arcamo when interviewed yesterday said there is nothing to restrain when the turnover of command was already done last Monday.
Llorca arrived here Wednesday. However, he left for Manila, but he's expected to be back tomorrow for his formal assumption to office.
