PSSupt Rodolfo Llorca, who assumes his new assignment while replacing PSSUpt Anthony Obenza is expected to have with him a boxful of tricks on anti drug operations.
 
And when he issues the no-nonsense antic drug order from Camp Dagohoy, drug personalities here should have every reason to run and hide.

The new police provincial director used to head the Manila Police Department’s District Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group which accomplished the shabu tiangge bust in Pasig City.
 
And having had the expertise in dealing with tougher drug problems in Manila districts hounded by the social menace, solving Bohol’s threat to its youth and productive citizens may not be a big deal after all.
 
Despite the perceived presence of a drug problem in Bohol, a survey from the Holy Name University revealed that Boholanos do not consider the menace that big.
 
PSSUpt Llorca, who was recently assigned as Naga police chief in Camarines Sur has also been one who showed a strong hand in the fight against gambling leading to a decline in illegal operations there, reports said.

I spoke to someone who worked for Obenza and she said there was not anything wrong with him and that there were a couple of politicians all worked up who had ousted Obenza to begin with since it was done in the broad middle of of the campaign time....

She was saddened that he rnew boss was transferred out of the area due to political squabbling s.
