Assumption-
Mario Agwanta was occupying his 10 hectare land land for a period of 40 years. On the land he built his house costing Php 1,000,000 in 2005. On the 41st (2008) year finally the Bureau of Land approved his application. How much do you think the City Treasurer can run after the owner in terms of the number of years and in pesos assuming that there are two Schedule of market Value involved; Before 2004 the price is Php 50,000 per hectare and after is Php 100,000
