1.You have to require the services of a Lawyer, to make the petition with the Court for the issuance of a new title, for the lost one;
2. sThis petition is to be published three (3) times in a newspaper of general ciruclation;
3. After hearing , the Court will order the Register of Deeds, to cause the issuance of the titile with all the information with that of the lost one, includidng the
4. You have to pay for the issuance of the new title
: name of the registered owner

4. Area
5.The details of the technical descriptions of the property
6 Copied hereunder is an actual annotations of a lost title:

Entry No. 187649-Order of the Regional TrialCourt, Branch 11, Davao City, in SP No. 7442--2--4 dated July 30, 2004, this new Onwer's copy is issued in lieu pf the first copy, which was lost and declared null and void.
