A HEATED debate on the issue on whether now is the right time for constitutional change resulted to a stabbing incident involving brothers.

Police reports from the town of Pilar revealed the death of one Victor Orate, 54 years old, farmer and resident of barangay San Isidro, Pilar, who was allegedly stabbed to death by his own brother Benjie Orate, 45 years old, also a farmer of the same place.

Initial investigation said that the brothers were drinking in the house of the victim and was loudly discussing about charter change. The discussion turned into a heated exchange of words and then the stabbing incident happened. The victim died of mortal wounds in his body while the suspect surrendered to the local police after the incident.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
