Did it have a broader effect on the slave trade throughout the Americas and Europe? These questions and many more will be discussed by Congressmen G.K. Butterfield and Jesse Jackson Jr., Dean Kurt Schmoke and Professor Emeritus Roger Wilkins, with congressional correspondent Kwame Holman moderating.
