TeleTech acquires niche BPO firm MotifTeleTech Holdings, a US-based customer engagement solutions firm, has acquired niche business process outsourcing (BPO) firm Motif for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition, according to TeleTech, adds dynamic digital brands to its client portfolio and deepens the company's digital and analytics capabilities. It also expands the company's footprint in India, where Motif is headquartered, said TeleTech chairman and CEO Ken Tuchman. Motif, which operates out of Ahmedabad in India and Manila in the Philippines, specialises in providing omnichannel contact centers for e-commerce companies, travel, and financial services firms. Motif CEO Kaushal Mehta said TeleTech is a natural fit for Motif because of its focus on building engaging and safe customer relationships across channels.
