TCS likely to contest USD420m fine in IP theft case

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) said a US court has issued an order that more than halved the USD940m jury award granted to EPIC Systems, which had accused the Indian IT company of stealing its trade secrets. The Western District Court of Wisconsin issued an order reducing the USD940m awarded to the US healthcare software firm to USD420m.Still, the Mumbai-headquartered IT major said it has received legal advice that the order, and the reduced damages awarded, are not supported by evidence presented during the trial, and a strong appeal can be made to a superior court to fully set aside the jury verdict.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
