Hi ega namoc taga lila,
As to your question regarding your Uric acid levels, I cannot give a comprehensive report or analysis without seeing a complete metabolic panel from you.
That said -- the uric acid levels of the body is related to how much protein (amino acid) you consume. An excess intake of uric acid can lead to uric crystals to deposit in the joints and this is one of the pathophysiology of gout or --- gouty arthritis .
So it might be wise to contact your pcp (primary care physician) to talk to you about therapeutic strategies to alter that uric acid level via pharmacologically and or behaviorally .
As to the question regarding cholesterol and your triglycerides--- there is only one strategy:
Aim to decrease the ldl (low density lipoprotein ) , aim to decrease the triglycerides and aim to raise the hdl (high density lipoprotein ).
Professionally ,I urge you to see your pcp to talk about medical options particularly to treat your hypercholesterolemia , tgl.
I suggest you get labs done ( complete metabolic panel) to see your glucose level and also your h1c level. Because diabetes is a comorbidity that has to be properly maintained.
Regards,
