ang galang2x kay kamote nga nga gikagod unya sagolang ug harina ug itlog nya piritohon. lami kaayo for snacks.
ang sanggoloy, lubi nga lugiton ug luwag. kanang kasagaran koskoson aron himoon ug salad. kuskoson sad pero kutsara ang gamiton. gisihon sa mantika lamasan ug ahos, bombay ug kamatis nya sabwan ug gamay. dayon inig bukal sagolang ug hamutan or sangig. viola, sud-an na.

Kalami sa mga native foods diha sa ato. Gihidlaw na hinoon ko. Naa man gihapoy kapariha  diri sa Davao. Lahi gyud ang sariling atin sa mga Bol-anon.

Ang pinakanative nga sud-an ang ginamos. Bisan ug mga datu ang ubang mga Bol-anon diri sa Davao, mokaon gihapon ug ginamos.

Kana bayang silverfish kay mao nay ininglis anang insect nga mokutkut sa atong mga sinina. Kana bitawng gagmay morag flat lobster, kusog modagan pero dili kamao molikay kon pislaton.

tabirak bitaw other term for binignit.

akong gimingawan kay nilusak saging gisagulan ug lubi!  nangita ko'g lusakan dire, wa man jamo oi.  naay naka ingon naa daw didto sa nigerian store pero wa pa pod ko ka adto.  basin ma nigerian scam ko aning kalakiha! j/k

Mas lami ang binignit kung tugnaw ang panahon ug nag ulan-ulan.

Para sa mga nangi diet, dili maayo kung sigihon. Abtan ug usa ka bulan ninyong kaon, mura nag porma ug boxidor inyong bukton. Kung sa taga Cebu pa "ang totoy mi abot nas pusod, ang pusod mi abot nas boto, ang boto mi abot nas tohod".

Lami ra ba ning binignit gimikaw nako ug binignit, adtong pag uli nako sa Davao mi palit jud ko ug binignit sa Loreng's bisag mahal mipalit jud ko P25 ang usa ka yahong.

Pero mas lami jud magbinignit akong mama kay daghan ug sagul, ug sakto sa tuno. lamian ko sa binignit basta daghan ug landang ug sakto sa tuno dili lasaw.  :P
