in fairness, nakatilaw na ko'g bitin sa dagat - bakasi!  kaila ka ana, jams?  adobohon to ni mother pilit-pilit lagi!  pero karon ambot makaya ko pa ba mokaon adto na na usyuso naman ko gamay kay hinok naman akong kan-on!

Ang hito kay isda man ang porma, naay dorsal fin, etc. Ang bakasi kay serpentine man jud. Ambot kon naa ba diay toy bungot, kalimot na ko. Basta lami kaajo ang inun-onan ani, puston og young banana leaf. Lami ang dapit sa tijan kay tambok, parehas bitaw sa tijan sa bangus.

FYI, mga chinese hilig mokaon og live eel paluto pud nila..for long life daw. ka testing ko kaisa ky curious lagi..sa chinatown NY, mga buhi pa ang mga isda sa fishtanks, tudlo lng ka asa imo pa luto; na notice nako nga ang eel cge man orderon. order pud ko hehe, lami sab baya pero ang panit morag rubber, gahi kaajo

Limpyo na man, gikuhaan na og balhibo ug sungo. Ang iyang brain case kay jointed baya na, so dali rang ma separate inig ub-ob, apil ang brain. Naputos man sab og harina, so mora na siya'g bitsu-bitso.

hahaha dili chicken wings oi ang ang bisaya ana pako man.  kamot ba sa manok!

peborit part nako sa manok kay wings, thighs and legs, atay ug isol. aguy deep-fried isol!

syalan gud na graze, ang tiil ba? di man tawn na kamot uyyyy ehehehe...

kanang tiil (adidas), tinae, dugo sa manok (betamax), isol (isaw), batikon og ulo sa manok dugay na man na uso nga BBQ sa manila...mas gusto gani naho ang tinae (kalimot ko sa tawag sa manila anih), ang betamax di kaajo lami ehehehe, dugo na sya pabukalan sa para ma tibogol, unya ila pormahon rectange (mao betamax tawag hehe) tapos BBQhon sab.
sikat na sab ang adidas (tiil) ron bisan sa mga chinese resto, perti ka humok ang tiil pero naa lng japon ang bukog inig kaon ehehe.

lami btaw ang BBQ nga ulo sa manok...para naho sa sawsawan jud mag daog labi na daghn sili...kalas lng lagi sa rice  ;D

morag kwek-kwek (tagalog) na diay ni...daghn na man variations ani..quail egg, balut penoy, ulo na sab diay, putos og harina, then prito  ;D
