The COMELEC Law Director ATTY. FERDINAND T. RAFANAN will breeze into town to induct into officer, the newly elected Bohol Association of Comelec Employees (BACE) officers on 11 February 2011 at Dao Diamond Hotel and Resort during luncheon time attended by all Comelec officials and employees in Bohol including their casual employees.
The inducting officer and guest speaker Atty. Rafanan, is the former Director of the Education and Information Department of Comelec before he assumed post vacated by late Atty. Wynne Asdala of the Comelec Law Department. He is an Ilocano by descent.
The adviser of the group id ATTY. ELISEO R.Z. B. LABARIA, the Provincial Election Supervisor of Bohol.
The newly elected officers for calendar year 2011-2012 are as follows:
